☆ CANON

This version of Archer is from the universe of Fate/stay night, with concepts borrowed from Fate/Grand Order; it is an alternate universe setting.
He pursued a single overwhelmingly dangerous enemy, slaughtering all who stood in his way, until he finally truly lost his noble ideals.
He does not remember the details of this adventure, save that the adversary was a woman and he was fascinated with her.
Since his ideals are the only thing holding him together as a being, he has begun to fragment spiritually--and even physically, since his body is a magical construct. (He has also started losing memories as a result of this.)
To survive long enough to accomplish his goal, he made a pact with the corrupted Grail to take on the power of All Evils of the World into himself.
He is still jaded, sarcastic, and full of self-destructive hatred, but now additionally especially nihilistic and harboring a great desire to defile and destroy all he used to protect.
Some scraps of the real "Emiya" are still in him somewhere, but they're deeply buried.

★ APPEARANCE

Archer stands just under 6'1" and is very muscular.
His physical age is somewhere in his late twenties or early thirties, but his mental age is complicated by the fact that he's dead and has spent a timeless eternity in a personal hell.
He has white hair, grey or gold eyes depending on the light, and a middling-dark brown complexion.
He dresses mostly in black, with sleeveless body armor for a top, but sometimes wears a ragged red cloak.
Spidery red lines crawl up the left side of his face and his left arm--a sign of the corruption from the blackened Grail.

☆ POWERS

Archer can create temporary versions of any object out of nothing; these will vanish after a few hours or as soon as they are damaged. He is especially good at creating weapons and shields--particularly swords.
He can also do various miscellaneous little magic things like analyze the structure of an object or enhance his senses.
In addition to this, he is a Servant and thus has superhuman capacities in most aspects. Note that with the influence of the Grail's corruption, he can no longer enter spirit form.
He can also contract with a Master (any magic-user) to gain power and stabilize his existence somewhat.
He additionally has exceptional regenerative powers due to both his nature as a Servant and the strength of the Grail's corruption. This is mostly so that I can get him maimed all the time.

★ MISCELLANEOUS

Psychics will find that Archer Alter's mind is a scary place: due to his merging with Angra Mainyu, those attempting to read his mind or emotions are likely to be exposed to an incoherent barrage of twisted, monstrous images of suffering and evil.
He also reads as spiritually corrupted to anyone who can sense that; notably, it seems unrelated to the corruption that can be found in this world.
Even to normal humans, though, he usually radiates an aura of disturbing and inhuman power and wrongness.

☆ WARNINGS

Archer Alter is super fucked in the head and has no morals or boundaries, so he'll do pretty much anything; expect horrible things if you thread with him.
That said, I have no desire to make anyone uncomfortable OOCly.
The best approach is to keep in OOC contact with me if we start to thread out anything particularly intense, so we can make sure it stays fun!
